Children have a remarkable ability to self-regulate in many ways - including food - as long as the balance isn't skewed & dominated by junk food and sugar.

Give him nutritious food at regular intervals and he'll eat what he needs. The West has an increasing problem with childhood obesity, so count your blessings smile.

(No medical qualifications, but father/step-father of 5 and life experience has taught me to relax when many other parents would choose to fret. There'll be enough real problems along the way without creating some more of your own!)
