Bathing the baby.

We have a live wire 10 month old who has to go in the big boy bath as he's long. We have a rubber slip mat and use an inflatable device which straps over the taps as our biggest concern is that he likes to play with the plug and he often launches himself at it, narrowly avoiding splitting his bonce open on the tap. Luckily, we all shower in my household so we just leave the bath as it is to avoid faffing about.
