As a 21 year old female, get shot of her for good. She's using you and stringing you along because you're paying for fuel, dinner etc and you're running back to her whenever she wants. Agree with the rest on the zero contact too. She sounds like a manipulative brat, sorry. Move on. I don't believe in breaks and FWB isn't going to work because you want to get back together and (by your posts) it sounds like she's just in it for the sex and money getting spent on her.

Maybe that's just me then, I don't believe that's right because if she was serious and not stringing him along, he shouldn't have to buy his way into anything

Hard to tell on the net, but shes 18 and not had a relationship for a while. OP comes along and has treated here like crap for the past month or so, and now he is spoiling her. Why would she complain. Plus if she has her own car, parents aren't poor/she has a job so again doesn't sound like she needs his cash.
I'm giving her the benefit of the doubt since she stuck by him during his stated bad period. But again, OP could be a love struck doormat blaming himself for everything and shes a snake with t**s.

As mentioned earlier, get yourself on Tinder if you're reasonably good looking. When you've got 20+ fit hotties that have all "matched" you at your fingertips you'll soon be balls deep in one or more of them and this current one that's stringing you along will soon be out of your mind.
