If you have access to a kettlebell or dumbell perhaps you could do swings. Since around the new year I've been doing 200 kettlebell swings a day (100 in the morning and 100 in the evening). It only takes around 5 minutes each session and my posture has improved quite significantly.

Anterior Pelvic Tilt.

Have a look on YouTube for Psoas / hip-flexor and glute stretches.

If, like me, you sit on your ar*e for a living then it'll take a bit of work but you'll definitely notice your posture improve if you stick at it.

Press ups have helped me sort my posture. Takes a while but something's happened and it's good now.

Get a different job? Joking aside, do your stomach muscles feel 'switched off' ? Your abs can basically collapse in Forward head posture, it's a downward spiral, this exascerbates the leaning over. There is no 'cure' as such, can you take phone calls standing up? At least you are aware of it, how old are you?
