Does anybody actually closely follow an intense program for a whole 12 weeks?
As I said above my son did an 8 week one at the start of the year and did very much stick to it, he would still be on it now if the PT wasn’t a bit of a tt. However the eating plan and increased activity are very much still in play even if the training session are not so it has worked for him to get a lifestyle change in progress
