YES...it's your tongue that makes your breath smell!

And I was the same when I was pregnant. Puked whenever the brush touched my tongue.

There isn't any chance of that your up the duff???

Use a smaller brush, a baby one even, as the bristles are softer, and should cause less gagging. Or use one of those tongue scrappers instead.
