My resolution is to lose 3.5 stone, taking me down to a racing snake like weight of 16 stone (hey fatty boom boom hehe) The first 1.5 is easy, I spent most of last year hovering around 18, but went into super fatty mode around November/December and piled it on again.

I've started attacking it properly this week and have cut my lunch right down, one round of sarnies (ham and mustard today), an apple, a litre of water and a packet of crisps (got to use up the crisps that are in the cupboard!).

I've also cut out the chocolate bars/sweets completely, only allowed one choccy biccy when I get home with a cup of tea to use up the ones we were given for Chrimbo!

I usually walk a mile or two each day so I've tried to increase that a bit and get more fresh air as well.

By dinner time my stomach thinks my throat has been cut, but I'm sure I'll get used to that!

I'm STARVING!!!! getmecoat

Well, a piggyback up the stairs a bit right, a bit left, through the door and dumped onto my bed. wink

Assuming I don't slip and tumble down the stairs putting us both into hospital.

Dips? Interesting. Never liked doing them on chairs in case my hands slip and I screw up my back.
