Don't use the snow as an excuse. If you want to lose the weight, get a gym bike and pedal indoors. Once you start making excuses (I've got a party coming up, the weather's been crap, I'm too busy) you'll find it easier to not bother. Had an excellent work out tonight. Squats and yep, you guessed it, pull up's - all types, jumping ones/negatives/kips the lot. This challenge is ON.

Negatives - yeah, couldnt really get a good vid. Hold for 10s at the top, then from top to bottom in 10s. The jump one is good as the bar is about 4" higher than my full stretch, so I have to jump up to get to the bar, i just keep going as in a single movement.
