If you click on articles/featured writers/ Christian Thibaudeau he has loads of vids on plyo work. T-Nation has some really good articles, obviously they're trying to punt you protein etc

Snatch tech was a bit unimpressive today, but wasn't awful.
OH squats Loads of Hang snatches High Pulls Full snatch up to 70kg - still keeping away from big lifts Strict OH press

Did a push/pull day today. I did toy with the idea of adding legs, or at least some core stuff, but laughably misjudged the time again. I need to get a grip on the time my workouts take. DB overhead press Very wide-grip BB upright row Scarecrows Press-ups Dips Heaves Reverse Rows Attempted reverse shrugs but ha, went with normal DB shrugs and finished off with one-arm DB press for my left side along with one arm DB row. Tried something new and went in the hypertrophy range, stayed around 12 reps with a luxurious 2 minutes for rest. Around 4/5 sets.

didelydoo said: Skull crushers Work of the devil. Hateful movement that, right up there with behind the neck pulldowns and standing upright rows Me tonight - flat bench, weighted pullups, weighted dips, seated DB shoulder press and trap bar shrugs

Just DLs today as I was short of time. Couldn't quite get 220kg, but I was very tired. I'll have at least 225kg by 2 weeks.

Can any kettlebell'ers recommend me a circuit, please?
On my rest nights from strength training, I'd like to incorporate a kettlebell circuit. Say 30mins, high intensity aimed at burning up a little fat.

This one is my favourite as it is full body. 6 rounds at reps 25,21,18,15,12,9. No rest between exercises but rest between rounds. Round 1 Pushups x25 Sumo deadlift high pull x25 Swing x25 Rest then on to round 2, 300 reps in total

Hal & Ben - thanks guys, completely forgot about the wiki.
Will give that a bash then, going to buy a KB at the weekend, I'm thinking either 8kg or 10kg will do me.

Round 1 Pushups x25 Sumo deadlift high pull x25 Swing x25 Rest then on to round 2, 300 reps in total Perfect. Nice and simple but will get you gasping for breathe and burn that fat. Or simply do kb swings, 20 seconds on, 10 seconds off, for 30 minutes. Depends on your boredom threshold. Or 1/ left hand kb swings for 20 seconds 2/ right hand kb swings for 20 seconds 3/ 10s rest 4/ left hand kb clean and press for 20 seconds 5/ right hand kb clean and press for 20 seconds 6/ 10s rest 7/ 20 seconds fast star jumps 8/ 10s rest Loop for 30 minutes. Can be done with dumbbells if no kb available.
