I can't understand how it closes, stays shut, locks etc. After filling it often does not close and is generally a pain in the arse. Is there a knack? What am I doing wrong? A recent service did not pick it up and I forgot to mention it. They picked up lots of other obscure things so guess it is operator fault rather than technical!

While on about fuel, what range are you guys getting? I reckon 335 miles brim to empty.

Thanks in advance...

Push it down at the front end of it, the catch is near the door, rather than at the back. Daft design.. Or call it a 'quirk'

Fuel....hit 36 mpg after about an hour in cruise control at 70mph on the A1. Been getting about 365 from a tank. No fuel cap issues to report.
