Congrats. Like you I traded up from an Elise to an ex management Evora a few months ago. I wanted a White one but they'd only let me take the yellow...still....it looks great in either colours. Great pics....love the GTE spolier....want one for my Evora. Any niggles take it to a dealer...they will sort it. First is a bit stiff but once mine had a service...the factory had not done it..check they've done yours...it came back much smoother, the guy who collected it and took it to Leeds for me and brought it back even commented on how stiff it had been on the way there but how smooth it is now. Also check door locks have been replaced...recall apparently. Hopefully they have fully sorted it for you though.

yeah, I must admit that did get me thinking about the other bits and pieces that might not have been done, thanks for the heads up... ah well will have to run it to the dealer next week! Otherwise I must admit I am chuffed to bits, drove back from West Malling in Kent in crappy weather last night and the change in drive from being in my elise to the Evora was amazing - my gf even noted, you can still feel the road but it feels so much more solid. I agree!

Finally my last note is, as much as I try and convince myself I dont, I really want a Larini! (... and potentially a radium - why am I never satisfied!) I had one (Larini) on my elsie and it was immense - every tunnel was like music to mine ears. Anyway I digress, like others I am concerned about warrantee issues and the Lotus sports exhaust doesnt seem to get me there sound wise. Need to hear a Larini/Lotus Sports back-to-back I guess! I dont trust Youtube sound quality. I am based in SW11 London, any one have either Exhaust nearby or any owners planning a meet anytime soon?

Snap. Wanted a sports exhaust and have now decided to wait until the warrantee is over then fit the Larini.

All the examples of the Lotus one I found were a bit pathetic and as Lotus themselves were "unable" to provide an example MP3 of their own exhaust system, I decided to wait and get a proper system fitted once the warrantee is no longer an issue - along with a number of other things...
