Morning guys and gals, just a quick one, I was bought a car cover (not the offical evora one) yesterday and before I get it out of the packet etc I just wondered if any owners regularly use one to protect their pride and joy while left outside.

One slight concern I have is that with my elise, with the car cover on, the alarm didnt like it and it would go off pretty much as soon as the alarm was set. As such I used to leave it covered but unlocked - left on my parents driveway out in the burbs at the time.

However the evora is in central London left on someone else's driveway behind an electric gate that I am renting so I dont want to have the alarm going off all day/leave it unalarmed - I think the insurance company would take a dim view etc etc. Added to that I wouldnt be able to hear it if it did start to go off, even if I was home.
