Just considering something different and started looking on internet at 2010 evoras. Most are priced around 35k with some spec. What experience have people had getting discounts off the dealers. Eg on a 34k asking price what do you think I could achieve bearing mind the time of year???

I think it will depend on spec and colour. Some seem to hang around for a while, but the well spec'd ones seem to move on quite quickly. 2+2 seems to sell quicker aswell

I like the look of your orange one, I've read your report, have you had the roof done yet?? There is one for sale in leeds at the moment, orange with black roof think it looks lovely. It is a 2+0 though, that doesn't bother me but are they really more difficult to sell?? I can't imagine people really use the rear seats. My max budget is 30k though and its currently at 34k so its got a bit to drop before I can realistically go for it, might be worth a punt just before christmas though???

Just for what its worth, every dealer will have a margin, depending on how the car was brought in and what margin he has will affect the deal, if your cash it may not be as good a deal as part ex depending on what car you are offering but then again it will depend on each car, don't forget the basics......tank of fuel......tax......carpets MOT and any niggles in the paint, a service, replacing some armour fend. All that lot can add up to part of the deal, its not just how much off a display sticker.
