LED Rear Indicator Lights
Discussion
Anyone tried to replace bulbs with Leds. I have but whilst they work they are frantic, flashing at roughly twice the rate just as if a bulb has failed, and the indicator arrows on the dash both come on at the same time. I have tried to put a resistor (of various ohms) in parallel but it makes no difference.
Any budding auto electricians out there with a suggestion of what might work?
The Leds I have used are:
955 13 LED Extreme Power 2W 360 degree - White. Anything bigger would probably not fit in the light fitting.
Cheers

The resistance in your indicator circuit is now wrong as your LED's consume far less power than a conventional 21w bulb.
You'll need to locate the indicator relay and replace it from a car that has LED indicators. I'd suggest Volkswagen Passat saloon or estate (not coupe) manufactured between 2005 and 2010ish as being inexpensive and easy to obtain.

You want something like this - http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/CF13-FIX-FAST-FLASHING-I...
Not sure if that's the correct relay for an evora though, but its that kind of digital flasher unit you need
The resistors in series should work but then you have to find somewhere to mount them and they can get hot. The digital relay is a better option imo
