My Evora is up for sale (no it's not a plug). However I wanted to know if the stripes would put people off or not? The car is going to be professionally detailed on Thursday this week and wondered if I should tell the detailer to remove them or not.

The stripes have been on for at least 3 years (don't know when they were applied).

i.e. would you go and look at a car if it had stripes even if you didn't like stripes and would want them removed if you were to purchase or would you not go to look at the car in the first place?

In my opinion the stripes look bolder in the ad pictures than they do in the flesh.

Ha ha. I've been eyeing up your car for the past week or so, looking for an Evora S but really want to sell my Griff first.

Personally I'd prefer it without the stripes.

How did the wheels turn out, have you had them restored to the diamond cut finish or just sprayed/powder coated in a single colour?

I recently purchased an Evora S and during the search looked at a car that had a wrap on the roof and sills. It certainly didn't put me off - rather I enjoyed debating whether it would look better with or without and that the choice would be mine at no cost. By the way can I ask where you got your wheel centre caps. I want to replace mine but the local dealer tells me the OEM centres are out of stock.

I'd leave the stripes on, looks great, and as you say, next owner could remove if they wanted (if I were buying, I'd leave them on).
