I see a lot of Microcars in Spain.
Why?
I heard in France you can drive them without a license but here? They're not particularly cheap to buy...

It's the same in spain, they're only 50CC, so you don't need a license.

No licence needed, so drunks, wierdoes and old/mad people use them, give all of them a very wide berth...

As mentioned, Jesús ***** Christ they are expensive... 3 to 8k, sh or new.. Also lots have "interesting" styling, apeing all sorts, pick ups, Audi A2s,some are made by Logierait, a name last seen by me on a Formula 1 car.

The sweet freedom of wreckless driving without a license. Seriously though, I don't get it either.

Driven by rich kids to school in Moraleja before they are old enough for a driving licence. Better than a Raleigh I had at 16 !
