I wouldn't have thought that two months ago Leicester would be the last English team left in the Champions League but well done to them.

That says more about the general level of the EPL teams compared to their european counterparts than it does about Leicester's prowess. That is not to take anything away from Leicester.

That bus they have had running around Leicester for the past 12 months for 'The Champions' might yet get a reprieve !

Hopefully we can get a decent away result and then do the business at home, just like Seville.

It'll be tough for you guys but it is winnable.....with a bit of luck. And if Monaco get a result against Dortmund and you get them in the semis, then the final is in sight.

4 wins out of 4 since Claudio was sacked. 3 points off the top 10.

As someone who said it was completely wrong to sack Claudio, and a West Ham fan to boot, I'm just popping in here for my slice of humble pie paperbag

Still think it was shabby. but for the football club/business it looks like the right decision.

Still think it's disgraceful behaviour from the players.

Our whole game seems to have changed, we seem to be actually pressing teams again (2nd half today aside, as the players were shattered). Maybe Claudio didn't think we could play two games a week with the CL and play as we did last season so tried to change it? There was a lot less intensity this season compared to last, but it seems to have come back ever since he was sacked.

It will be very interesting to find out what has really happened over the past two seasons for LCFC.
Obviously(?) Pearson motivated the team that he helped to create and saved us from relegation but then had a falling out with the owners. Claudio came in and was able to keep the momentum going, keeping it low key and generating a great team ethos with Vardy having a magic season. The other "big" teams never took us seriously until it was too late!
But after the PL win, Kante left and Claudio had to make changes, the "new" team did not "gell" and were coasting on their previous success, losses came, confidence went, more changes, more losses. No cohesion, backbiting and rumour mongering.......
Owners had to act and Cladio had to go as the players were now so out of synch with him.
In the meantime Craig had been trying to keep it altogether with the players and is now getting the recognition.

The Foxes lead 1-0 at the break thanks to Ndidi's piledriver! Excellent performance so far, lads!

Vardy scores again - Craig is cementing his position. Will he be confirmed for a longer contract?

Foxes against Sunderland tonight...... with David Moyes under media pressure for talk of "slapping" a TV female presenter....
