Well I would definitely have taken that before the game, and to lose only to a poor penalty decision! Although I will concede it was a difficult decision for the ref, but if there's any doubt it shouldn't be given.

Good performance, particularly in the 2nd half where King as the additional midfielder helped shore things up and leave far less space for them to play in. Although it did mean we had less options going forward and created very few chances.

Thought Benny had a great game, Huth will be a big loss for the 2nd leg!

Game on at the KP, although I think Athletico will be a lot more difficult to break down than Sevilla were.

They like and are very good at playing on the break.

We can have retrospective decisions made on players and managers - it's time we had it for st referees like last night's.

He's there to give correct decisions as per the laws of the game, and he didn't.

At times it felt like 1997 all over again.
We got literally nothing from the referee.

+ the waving of imaginary cards by continental players is never ever punished in the CL.

1-0 down then, & we'll have to get on with it....

And even worse to see it being done by their manager, clearly trying to influence the ref to give Vardy a yellow and get rid of him for the 2nd leg!

Well played Leicester, unlucky with the penalty award.

It's more than just a penalty though, if it had stayed goalless into the second half they'd have pushed higher looking for a goal and left more space for counter-attacking for an away goal.

A TV match official really is needed. It's not like there are insufficient cameras at these big matches.

Pride of England.
Not unique to Leicester fans but why are we always let down by morons?

It looks as though Wes Morgan will be fit to play tomorrow - that should be a boost, so let's hope that City can pull off another upset in the CL.

Probably, but still, Leicester City in the Quarter Finals of the Champions League, that's some fairy tale even if you're not a Leicester fan and just like football smile

Well just as I was about to flip channels and watch the other match they're starting to give it a go and probably should have scored another one...
