Ironic coming from you. Are you like 10 years old or something?

I'm done with this place and have reported all the liars on this thread for being trolls. Enjoy your bans little boys.
Oh grow up for goodness sake. I've ignored your silly reports; as mods, we get many reports each day and have to deal with every one of them. Yours actually made me laugh rather than get angry.

Either post constructively and stop reporting any post with a vowel in it or move along. And not sure why, but do you have an issue spelling Celtic?

Celtic fans having a go for the state of the club is to be expected. But the holier than thou act doesn't wash.

Rioting in Amsterdam. 5 jailed.
Amsterdam. 1 shot dead.
Racist comments online re Aluko/Diouf. 1 jailed.
Newcastle
Zagreb
Dundee
Aberdeen Remembrance Day silence. 2 arrested. Numerous other examples
Seville. 1 stabbed (by another)
Pro IRA chants ad nauseum

I could go on.

Well said mate, obsessed to the extreme. they have had years without the most supported team in Scotland and still could not win a tainted treble.

yet here they still are on a Rangers topic but cant even turn up to watch their own team, apparantly they have over 50% of their season tickets are bought as childs, even trying to cheat their own club. and closing stands for games at the tattiedome.

greatsest fans in the world, aye ok

cheated out of everything

Greatest fans in the world though.

Celtic supporters are as bad if not worse than Rangers fans, Scottish football hates you both equally.
yes Agreed 100% The tit for tat accusations between the two camps makes for hilarious reading though!

If you pinpointed every arrest at a football match, every arrest due to alcohol, every arrest due to comments online, there would be a lot of entries for every team.

I see one of the Rangers supporters clubs are complain that Motherwell fans were singing that they hate Rangers. Really? Nobody likes us we don't care and all the fans ever do is whinge non stop about every tiny little detail.

This is a genuine statement.

Fans at the game and those watching live on TV were firstly subjected to the following chant, “We fking hate Rangers” early on in the first half.  This clearly set the tone for what was to follow.

Rangers Club Captain Lee McCulloch was assaulted by a flag-wielding Motherwell supporting thug, being struck on his face just below the eye by the three foot long flag pole.  To date, the assailant remains at large.

That's so funny and embarrassing it isn't true.

It was a completely accident with no malice whatsoever and he's suddenly a "flag - wielding Motherwell supporting thug" who's still at large.

That's beyond words.

This is that assault.

The guy had eyes on the ball the entire time. He tried to scoop the ball the second McCulloch bent down. Contact was accidental and minimal, yer there is a campaign against him. That's desperate and dangerous.

After singling out an accident as a huge issue, what about the Rangers fans in the Motherwell main stand?

That's the ones being aggressive and spitting on Motherwell fans in an area they shouldn't have even been.

I guess that was just entertainment?

To be fair, Driver, if you look at the video with either pair of tinted glasses, you can see each point of view. As a Rangers fan, it looks like the guy has done it to stop him getting the ball and caught him in the face while as a Motherwell fan, you can see it as a complete accident where the guy is only looking at the ball and doesn't even know the player's approaching.

Seems the only conclusion to draw was that the fan was an idiot for getting involved. He'd no need to, could have done like everyone else in the picture did and left it well alone.

Without any doubt he shouldn't be getting involved. I don't dispute that. He was just trying to be wide and waste time.

The guy is looking at the ball the entire time. He's concentrating on the ball and attempts to scoop the ball up. His motion wasn't swinging in the direction of McCulloch until he stopped, moved back and then bent down. When he started the swooping motion it was clear he wouldn't have hit McCulloch.

It was just unfortunate that he bent down when he did after the guy narrowly missed the ball. The follow-through motion then does catch McCulloch.

Nothing about the entire situation shows he was attempting to hit him. It was just an act of stupidity with the knock on effects coincidental.

No action was taken and no action will be taken on the assault front as it is clearly an accident.

What the guy did was silly, but people are demanding to know where he lives, who he is and supporter groups are fueling the fire over a nothing incident.

Agree completely with the last sentence. Way too much over reaction on it.. like I said, the bloke's an idiot but we all are at times and he'd have to do a lot worse than that for me to start asking where he lived. Typical of the times though.

So, no promotion. How much do we think was pinned on it?

Considering the money spent, surely that's a big blow to any business plan/shoddy loan conditions /potential buyer.

To be honest i agree that it was a accident and no more should be done, however the guy was like a man possessed after it, football does that to some, especially with the poisioness atmosphere there by both sets of fans.

i for one will now look forward to some new blood in the team and possibly a new manager to try and take us forward, we should never have gone with the old pro routine to get us through back to the top, did not help our club being robbed from the inside either.

we shall move on and re group and hopefully we can win promotion automatically this year, i still see attendances will fall unless we can all come up with a soloution, need to make it more of a day out rather than a mad drinking session in my opinion.

Problem is, do you spend money and bring in players, causing debt due to the inflated salary they will demand coming down a league, or do what you should have done at the beginning and bleed the youth.

I suspect the bank sheets were setup with premier league football in mind. I wonder what another year in the championship will do.

That of course is going on the notion that a 16 league spl wont suddenly happen in the summer.

That's the problem right there. Players coming down shouldn't be on inflated salaries, they either play for a diddy team in the SPL and get £X or they play for Rangers and get the same, not £2X or £3X.

It's a division down, if they don't want to play in it fine, stay at Inverness or wherever. But Rangers is Ibrox, history and expectation and we need players who buy that and see an opportunity, not mercenaries coming for a last paycheque. Not naming any names...

Stay in Inverness and play in Europe
For 180 minutes.

One game against European titans like Astra Giurgiu, Mlada Boleslav and Cherno More Vara. It's like the Ramsdens Cup with longer flights.

But thanks for missing/ignoring my main point to score a cheap one.

Thats exactly it, i think their has to be a proper wage structure in place to get us back to SPFL or whatever its called these days.

i'd like to see Scott allen brought in and the rumours of Warburton being manager excites me, but he must be given time.

Don't feed the huddleboard troll either, too busy in his Rangers obsession to worry about his own teams downsizing.

Yep imagine the embarrassment if they got scudded something like 6-1 over the 2 legs laugh

I'm pretty happy tbh. We didn't deserve to go up finishing third a mile behind Hearts. And if we did fluke it against Motherwell 6-1 wouldn't be an unusual score next season.

For the minute we've found our level. But unlike any the diddy SPL teams we have 54 titles and we're still going strong. smile

I hate to burst your bubble, but the team with 54 titles no longer exist.
