Celtic's crowds didn't drop 13,000 on the back of Rangers going bust as you keep suggesting.
I didn't. I only pointed out their numbers have dropped just the same and then made a glib point about only there to see the Rangers.

You have taken that to mean something I didn't say and quote endless 'facts' to back it up.

I genuinely couldn't give a toss if Celtic get 1000 or 100000.

I'm really bored of this now.

Conclusion: People fked us up. We'll be back. We'll probably be bitter. wink

I've lost count of how many daft statements you've made, argue the case when a very obvious counter argument is put forward, argue the point to the death, then conclude you don't care and didn't mean that anyway.

Your actions don't back your statements.

Rangers made a mess of themselves. Murray chased a dream with the backing of the fans.

Cheating and racking up huge debts was the club's downfall, but nobody cared about that at the time.

Success first and consequences later.

I wouldn't (and haven't) argued with that. Although I'd question the fans involvement other than ignorance.

It you didn't spend half your time throwing about insults and little jibes, you wouldn't get taken apart all the time, a bit like your new one.

The blue pound?

Rangers fans need to show some morals.

I keep reading all these comments how they fund everything and everyone. There is always this effort to hurt everyone else. Ever noticed you don't see the opposite being done? Although to be fair, Rangers seem to be able to self harm all too easily.

What all the fans seem to completely overlook is your club went bust owing a lot of people a hell of a lot of money.

What they also seem to fail to notice is this "blue pound" can't pay their own bills as it is. Rangers have borrowed money left, right and centre to survive the last few years.

Mike Ashley has asked for his £5M loan back and the club seem to be doing everything in their power not to pay back another large sum of money.

Where are all these "blue pounds" when it matters?

Rangers need the Premiership more than the Premiership needs them. Teams have managed fine without them and have progressed in terms of ability and financially without them.

You really need to stop the bravado and realise it's your club with the begging bowl that's been hanging of for a long time.

Given all that has happened before, I am still astounded by the arrogance of so many Rangers fans.
No mention of football, just finance.

Here....

They just had to borrow more money last month to pay the bills again.

They will have the season ticket money coming in at the moment.

There was a vote last week at the EGM and even the fans voted not to pay the money back.
Again, no mention of anything FOOTBALL related. Maybe someone else should leave the forum.....

I could be here a while.....

Anyway, ignoring all the losers who post in here.

Good to see The Rangers bringing in some decent signings. Really excited for the new season with Warburton in charge.

Seems to have a good outlook on the game and is interested in bringing on the youth.

What's with new members stumbling on Pistonheads just for this thread to pick a silly argument?

Aren't the fans of football clubs and the finances of football clubs not football related matters? Don't they all go hand in hand? I doubt one person would say otherwise and finances are discussed on all football threads.

If you had read what the posts meant in their context, the posts were related to people who were making insults, often very vile insults or connotations.

Please don't come here just to pick a pointless and puerile argument.

Have you ever noticed that people keep quoting or responding to me all the time for a response? Often when I log in the thread is at the top of my stuff with someone else with something to say.

If you don't want a discussion or argument, don't keep posting and asking questions to me, then moan when you get an answer. That's just plain stupid. The thread dies off for days at a time, then someone else comes along to stir it back up again. Just let it die, especially if you don't like the truth.

You won't find me using language like that all. Never have, never will.

There has been some dodgy comments on this thread, however all the proper bitterness has come from the Rangers fans that I've seen. How many posts have you had edited or deleted so far by moderators? I'm surprised they allow you to get back in.

I must have missed the H word. If it offends you, maybe speak to a moderator? However it would be complete double standards from you given the things you've said on an open forum. If you give it, you've got to be man enough to take it back as they say.

Open forums are for cross discussion. Everyone else comments on other teams in all of the other football threads. Usually for some banter and having little digs. It's common practice in football. If you can't take a discussion, maybe Rangers forums are the safest place with so many other people with the same narrow focus?

I'm not really biting. I'm just somewhat surprised you keep putting your two feet in it posting things you clearly don't understand.

There is loads of football fans who sit in the stands, or should I say sit at home watching dodgy football streams, and learn all the words and phrases to use to insult the other team. The frightening thing is they all run about singing and using them, but are clueless to their actual meaning.

Like your post above, in an attempt not to sound like a bigot, you made a clearly bigoted statement.

So either you are a bigot, or just dim, quite possibly both.

It's like a black person using the N word, but I notice you use the "H" instead of your full title but take delight in writing "Tim" .
And you talk about double standards!!! rofl

That's the first one banned from the thread, others will follow unless the thread starts resembling a football thread again.

I have warned two or three times that the thread needs to change and some, well one or two in particular, have ignored it. Sadly, once too often and they will no longer be welcome on the thread.

Even though my grandparents are Scots and I have a mighty Scots surname, I freely admit to being a little ignorant to where there is religious abuse. Hence this is one of the most awkward threads to moderate on the forum. However if people are genuinely offended by something I either missed, or saw but didn't realise it was abuse, I'd appreciate you reporting it.

Thanks in advance. thumbup
