It would be so pleasant to click onto the Rangers thread to actually read about and participate in discussion about FOOTBALL for once.
Obviously not. I will look back in another few weeks.tumbleweed

If you are so upset by the participation of others, why do you keep trying to stir people up to gain a reaction?

You've been the person who keeps bringing Celtic into this thread.

You appear to make an effort to dig your own holes, then go silent, or get upset, when someone responds to you.

Do you not follow how the chain starts?

I'm a Rangers fan posting on a Rangers thread. Inevitably there will be talk of Celtic, kind of goes with the territory.

But the Celtic fans territory is somewhere else on a thread less visited. Sadly they're all too busy trying to mask their own deficiencies, not to mention their BO by posting here about Rangers instead.

How many times have people, including the moderator, pointed out this is an open forum and to stop moaning about it?

Your comments aren't discussing within yourself, you're speaking outwards towards Celtic fans. It's an open forum and they are able to respond.

Every other football thread on here is participated on by all supporters. Even the Rangers fans on this thread have posted in the Celtic thread, yet get angry when the opposite happens.

There's things you say and do on an open forum, and things you say on a closed forum. You get away with all the bile and insults on those forums.

We've covered all this a million times, but it's still to sink in with you.

You're still struggling with this one i see.

The thread is not owned, nor populated, nor the exclusive use of yourselves. You can't have a no catholics singing policy to the thread.

You own and control nothing here. You simply post wherever you like, same as every single other user, unless you get banned from the thread or forum.

I dare suggest you have issues with understanding ownership but it seems a common plight of ra peepul.

I think I posted in it once.

Anyway seeing as this is now the de facto place to discuss all things Celtic what do you think now you're 5 points behind Aberdeen with nearly a quarter of the season played? The Record video chat guys have Deila's coat on a shoogly nail.

With respect , i really think you have exemplified exactly why the Rangers forum has been ruined for any chance of football only discussion.

I cannot quite understand your obsession. Oh and your spelling is wonderful.

Everyone has made a few posts, but got no response to their wind ups. We will leave that argument at that.

A quarter of the season is 9.5 games. There has only been 7 games played with 31 to go. Panic stations are still a good bit away yet.

Aberdeen have made a great start and they have been a real positive in Scottish football. They've sorted the club out, have settled all their debt and have put a good side on the park. They've progressed year on year rather than being a one season wonder.

Celtic were 5 points off the top at this time last season too, they were 9 points behind in mid October. There was a burst and Celtic were clear at Christmas, but things fell flat again and Aberdeen caught up and took the lead. I'm sure Aberdeen were ahead by as much as 6 points at certain times in January.

When Celtic have to dig in they can. For all Aberdeen have progressed, their team is still nowhere near the level of Celtic's.

The problem is that everyone expects Celtic to win and that includes the players. Too often they are a little slow and not up for the game like they should be.

Most people still aren't taking Aberdeen seriously. The issue is Aberdeen are as capable of beating everyone else. They are a step up on everyone else in Scottish football. Celtic better not get too relaxed and allow a gap to build, or drop points to Aberdeen next time around.

I don't think that many people are on Ronny's back, but much more is expected of everyone. Wait until Christmas time and see what happens. If Aberdeen are ahead and things are going badly, there might be changed. I'd guess normal service will be resumed by then.

It would be far better for Scottish football if Aberdeen could really keep pushing on and force Celtic players to lift their game.

Hey! I come in here to talk about Rangers! Don't Aberdeen and Celtic have their own threads?

Hmm, Deila said the same in the paper last week so it must be true. But I could have sworn that Aberdeen beat them at the weekend.

How does that work?

How much football do you watch? I take it you are very young? Through this thread you ask some really silly questions and are wrong a lot.

It might come as a shock, but never has a team went a season winning every game. Celtic will lose more games. Aberdeen will lose games to other teams. That's the way it always happens.

I'd guess even though Hearts walked the Championship last year, didn't Rangers manage to beat them once or twice? Did that prove or mean anything in the long run?

Every season bigger teams will lose to smaller teams. You'll see it in the cup too where a team from a lower division will beat a better team. You still know that result wouldn't reflect what would happen over a league season. It happens, it's the nature of football.

Celtic lost 4 games last year and drew 5. That still allowed them to win by a healthy 17 points.

Aberdeen probably edged the game at the weekend, but it could have been different. The game was hardly dominated by Aberdeen. Celtic had more possession, far more attempts at goal, more attempts on target and more corners. Aberdeen should have been down to 10 men early in the game too.

That was even though you could clearly see so many Celtic players were having bad games. It was silly mistakes that cost.

That's football for you. Wait until after the Christmas period when things start to take shape and people might start to worry.

As a Rangers fan, are you not worried about after Christmas? Very worrying you're going to run out of money again in just a few months.

Why again sign all those players if you can't afford them?

With the prospect of the court case coming up, who is going to invest in a club in such a mess?
