Hi guys just back from the game, spent a couple of extra days in Madrid due to booking flights in case game was moved, we arrived sat lunchtime and match was brought forward to sat eve from sunday.
Well wow what an atmosphere,I'm a pompey fan and we have had our times at Wembley and the high court but WOW, the place was electric.madrid number 23 was outstanding in my opinion, sorry if anything else has been written, I haven't yet had chance to read through the first 11 pages!!!
If you ever get chance to go GO!
Just bear in mind if you take a nipper Real Madrid shops only sell the replica kit tops and with a name on the back you are talking 120e !!!
Got my tickets of viragogo and spent a fortune, many spaniards just buy direct from the club either as member when you join the club or as non member, you can do this overseas too

Right just read they the posts, yes Ronaldo the talent that he is was garbage.
Never have I seen police escorts through towns stopping all the traffic just bringing in the ex players to watch, zidane etc, great as a fan tho, was great atmosphere, they even let you out at half time to run to your favourite bar across the street then back in for the second half.....
The match was very good, maybe we were lucky, Madrid a nice place, no hint of trouble all weekend but a very big police presence, and not too expensive away from the RM shop!!!
