When Keane was doing his best to ruin my club, this was his most cardinal sin - just £100K took him from the Tractor Boys to the Terriers. Criminal...
This was the one turning point at ITFC that got pretty much ALL the fans on his back immediately.

I'm not a Town fan but was there cheering them on on Saturday. He didn't do much but it was a typical tight game. Think Town deserved it over the course of open play though

I met Jordan at the player awards as well and he does come across as a decent lad and very approchable. I hope he stays for a season and learns his trade (although not against Leeds of course)

I heard the price tag is £8m. If I was Deano I think I would stick a bit more on and scare people off. It's not like he needs the money

Well done Town. Always happy to watch the Blades get blunted! biggrin

He certainly knows where the back of the net is. Will continue to monitor his progress.
Good stepping stone I reckon.

great signing for rovers

there is some stability now at rovers that someone has been appointed with the powers of the owners

He will continue to score goals but Blackburn is a strange move, good stepping stone to the Prem. Gives the Terriers some more dosh too. Interesting.

I think with that team in that league he will get plenty of chances. The real test is when you play the top quality opposition and you only get 1 or 2 half chances and you need to put them away...as others have said, should be a good stepping stone.

According to the Huddersfield Examiner it's £8 mill up front with performance and sell on clauses on top.

Sad to see him go to a club which seems so unstable at the moment, unless someone else comes and trumps the offer, there is still all today and tomorrow for it to happen.

Jon Stead went to the same club and did well for a start then it all went pear shaped, Beckford left Leeds and that didn't go too well either, only time will tell if he's good enough in the premiership, assuming Blackburn can get there.

Amazed that he's not moved on.
