I'm more annoyed that the ref didn't play advantage when Suarez was clean through than about Carroll's headed goal.

Footballs a strange game though, why does it take going 1 goal down and changing just 1 player for a team to change so much? I think there will be half your team tonight thinking what if after their performances pre Carroll's introduction...

Did Carroll just say it was a goal because the "ball hit the underside of the bar"? You'd think a major player would know the rule!

It wasnt a goal, but i do wonder if Carroll could have got the rebound had he not thought it was in, anyway he played 30 mins like he was worth £35m, do that for a season and we will all be happy. Sums the whole season up. A tale of two teams. One that embarrasses and one that could beat anyone.
Shame the second one only turned up for the last 30 mins.
I assume our first team has been mainly playing our league games.
Need to get some creativity in midfield, someone with the drive and aggression to get stuck in and the skill to pass the ball. Gerrard can't be expected to do it forever.

Carroll I'd keep next season based upon what I saw today.
Henderson if there's a player there it's some way away. Loan him out or sell him

I think he said "other side of the bar", as in - when Cech palmed it out, it hit the inside of the bar. Could be wrong though.
