Poor old Jim White eh.
Massive premiership fixture list on Transfer deadline day.
It's not going to be a great TDD is it ?
He was talking it up on TalkSport this morning - how clubs will still be busy all day even those playing tonight - and how if they have any injuries they'll be STRAIGHT on the phones to those clubs they want to buy from!Massive premiership fixture list on Transfer deadline day.

Bless him...
Looks like a streaming crackdown is on the cards.

Since having two kids I don't get to watch much footy these days - if Liverpool (or Swansea ) are on in the week is usually the best time because it's after the young ones bedtime. Otherwise weekends are busy and I'll watch on BT sports but the time is long gone where I'd watch a weekend game on a stream. I expect it's still very popular though, so this type of crackdown is a long time coming really.

Surprised its not happened sooner really. A mate told me about an android phone app that streamed media just last week - not kodi, can't remember the name now - and he'd demo'ed it to his brother watching a premier league game live while wandering down the high street on it. If its that easy and available, the PL and Sky etc really have been pretty slack.
That'll probably be mobdro? I used to use that on my phone a couple of years ago occasionally. Quality not great I found but just about watchable.
Mobdro is also available on firesticks, like Kodi, and it looks exactly the same as the phone app I used. I only tried a few times and mostly the Sky links used to be dead and it was a pain getting any streams up. Not exactly user friendly.

I'm sure the streamers will find a way round it fingers crossed.https://www.theguardian.com/football/2017/mar/29/p...

Man utd's last 56 FA cup games have been chosen to shown live on TV no matter who the oppo is & they , Liverpool, Chelsea & Arsenal seem to get shown the most on live TV.
I know United, Arsenal & Liverpool are the most popular UK clubs, but some of us just don't want to watch them week in week out.
I can't get a ticket to see my team play unless I pay silly money above the ticket price face value so the streaming is an option for me & many thousands like me.

ah just seen your post, soz. Yes mobdro. I remember trying a stream on kodi some time back when someone suggested that and it was awful. seems to be pot luck sometimes with these things I think, so many variables can influence whether they work or not...life's too short.Mobdro is also available on firesticks, like Kodi, and it looks exactly the same as the phone app I used. I know the West Ham v Spurs match has been moved to a Friday evening, probably not the best idea I've ever heard.
Whoever thought that was a good idea needs their head examined. All day booze up in London, followed by fighting and then more fighting..... That should be a 12:30 Saturday matchGassing Station | Football | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
