Well it's an opinion. Shared by everyone I asked at work about it today. He scored 16 more goals for his team in the league in one season than any prem striker, Cole/Shearer share that 34 record I think. I just can't believe he would manage that in our league. He is an incredible player but looking at Ronaldos goal record it goes up a fair chunk when he leaves prem for Spain, 4 years now over 50 goals a season and he only got 42 in his best with UTD. An opinion and I don't doubt he is a gifted player and deserves what he gets, but I would doubt his goal scoring record would look like his does if he had played in the prem for a while.

They do, yes, but my original point was in response to his farcical goal record, which I don't think he would have managed in Prem.
