I think Modric is much more likely to leave spurs over the summer than RVP is to leave Arsenal.

He's going nowhere at that price! Spurs should have sold him for £40mil to Chavski....he's a decent player but players that normally go for that money are game changers and can win matches single handed (apart from Torres ).....this year in 26 games Modric has 3 goals and 4 assists....last year in 32 games in was 3 goals and 2 assists. Chavski signed Mata for £20mil who has 5 goals and 10 assists in 26 games. He's just not worth £40mil. As for £50mil ?

If Podolski is worth £10 mill then Modric is worth.. hmm.. about £2 million 
edit: According to some reports we have signed him for £10.9 million. Deal of the century that would be!!
His relegation release clause is about half that and that could have had an impact.
