How much do you think our net spend on player transfers has been since 1992?  21.6 million - just over £1million per season That Wenger bloke knows his way around the transfer market from a financial point of view. Compare that to the top 5  It is testament to Wenger that we have been so competitive throughout his reign while hardly spending any money at all. Chelsea have spent over half a billion!

Hmm. Let me think. There seems to be a 15 year correlation between the French national teams success/performance and Arsenals success/performance. About time we diversified a bit Those Germans know how to play football. It will intimidate any opponents in a penalty shootout, that is for sure

Will not be getting excited until the seasons over and the positions finalized. Long way to go yet. And to think most were calling for arsne's head a few months ago

He really does....I am surprised Man U isn't more than that...I know they sold Ronaldo for £80mil but they've bought a lot of expensive players over that time....Rooney,Berbato,Veron,Ferdinand were all £30mil and they've bought a lot of players in the £15 to £20 mil bracket.
