And? Remember Rubin Kazan? (That's a Russian Football Team, not a Right Back!)
And what was their share of the possession/shots? Not too different I would bet.

Yes really

Barcelona are possibly the best team in the world.

Do you not think Celtic would have liked to have played a more attacking game?

Celtic played to the best of their abilities and came close to what would have been, for Scottish football, a fantastic result.

I've generally found Barca fans to have a bit of humility about them, you are obviously the exception.
And I've found Celtic fans generally have a sense of humour... you are obviously the exception.

Like I said, if Celtic had a go....

Humour if intended doesn't always translate well onto internet forums. Maybe you have just posted numerous examples of this ;-)

Celtic tried to break forward but struggled to retain possession. Barca were very good at closing them down and keeping them pinned back. If Celtic had a go, and committed more players forward they would have got humped.

Far better teams than celtic have went to the Nou Camp and either struggled to get out their own half, been steam rolled or both.

The people suggesting they "have a go" are ignorant to the fact that to do that you need the ball. Its not like celtic were happy to watch Barca complete hundreds of passes. And then when you finally get the ball they press the ball very quickly high up the park.

funny how Depor (a club inferior to Celtic) managed to give the makeshift Barca defence a battering on Saturday.

Mentality....

Would that be the recent game where a ten man Barcelona BEAT Deportivo?

Obvious trolling.

FC Barcelona tweeted earlier on that last night was the first time this year that Lio Messi hadn't scored or had an assist! Another 45secs and we would have had a fabulous result, we were very unlucky not to get a point, something very few teams achieve at the Camp Nou. That was the best defensive performance I've seen against Barca at home since Inter put you out of the CL semi in 2010.

I love how supporters of the winning team act with such humility. As if they actually had something to do with it, and aren't just armchair losers, running their mouth on the internet.

Nah, Celtic will play better against Barca at home. Their defending is shocking at the moment and the atmosphere will be electric. Still be very tough to get anything though.
