Fernando Ricksen going to the game tonight as Celtics guest, fair play to them just hope a sect of the fans don't act like s and boo him.
It's not like the opposite hasn't happened recently, is it?

Ricksen was hated as a player, but I'm sure nearly everyone has sympathy for him now. I wouldn't wish that on anybody.

Just don't get too upset with the minority and don't pretend it doesn't happen elsewhere.

Why do people always have to pretend be whiter than white?

Oh fk off you, is there literally nothing you wouldn't defend at that club of yours?
LOL. You're so messed up in the head. You're the guy that has used the offenisve language and insults to stir a reaction. Again here tonight to stir a reaction.

You guys whinged and moaned, ripped the moderator to bits about not having your own thread and you weren't here to be wide boys, only here as you couldn't talk Rangers stuff.

You got your own thread, lasted a handful of posts, yet are back in here being wide boys again.

In the studio tonight was Hartson and Petrov. Read the Rangers forums when those guys were ill. Oh, that ruins your argument. Add Billy Mcneill to that list in recent times.

You really are so stupid it isn't true.

You come across quite the bitter wee man Driver. I didn't come here to try and wind anyone up I was congratulating Celtic for their gesture tonight.

You need to calm down, you'd think your precious team got beat tonight or something...

LOL. I'm bitter? That said from you?

Show me one post where I've displayed bitterness? I'll make a bet. Show me one post where you can find bitterness, or you shut up and leave the forum? If you can find a statement from me that comes close to what you've said, I'll leave.

You're the guy that calls Celtic Ceptic.

Congratulating Celtic and adding s into the same sentence knowing what was likely to happen with the tiny minority is so obvious it's untrue.

I'm calm, just amused by you.

I thought we played well for most of that game, with a clinical striker we could easily have had a few more goals.
Lee showed us again that he is a striker suited to the SPL, time and again he comes up against decent defenders 1v1 and he messes it up.
Thought Forrest, Tierney, Mcgregor all did well.Scott Allen looked good when he came on.
Our defence is could easily be compared to a sieve
fk knows what Mulgrew did after ajax scored, he just left the pitch, broken leg or not he should have at least stood on the halfway line.

At first I thought what plonkers, getting mugged on a short corner (I hate amateurs trying short corners!) and losing the game as a result. But the club is never going to win or go far in any European tournaments unless really really lucky, and so at best the most that can be expected is the odd decent performance and maybe a win now and again. With Celtic the best thing is to keep your European aspirations really low, and that way you'll never be too disappointed.

Last night was the first night in a while there wasn't so many glaring errors. No Ambrose or Izaguirre helps with that.

Their goal had loads of luck about it. The ball just bounced the right way in each segment of that attack. They were unlucky with the offside call.

On another night a few more chances would have been taken and that game could have been comfortable. That's the margins at a higher level and not a stroll in the park like it is in the Premier League.

It never ceases to amaze he just how clinical teams appear to be at times. It's not as If celtic have been battered, every chance or mistake ends up being a goal.

Luck is needed to do well. There's no luck at one end of the park, and a combination of bad luck and bad play at the other end costing dearly.

Sights shouldn't need to be set low. There's still a budget there for a standard of player to do so much better.

There is many teams that are doing well for pennies in comparison to what Celtic spend. It's always strange how these little teams manage to do so well with so little. It is always strange how individually they are not that good, but collectively they make a team. Look over the years how many players perform well for small teams, then can't do it in a bigger team.

There seems no logic that a player is so clinical in a small team creating few chances, then flops in a team handing chances to him on a plate.

Good 3 points today in what was a hard fought match. Still some pretty abysmal defending at times from Celtic, but we got away with it.

The ref was poor, the Hearts boy should never have got a second yellow. At least the decision didn't influence the outcome of the match.

Up until the last 5 minutes the crowd looked fairly good. 49k wouldn't be far off.

The game actually was really full for once, was you watching a repeat of the morton game? 49k would be about right. Im grown up enough to admit its been no where near stated figures this year, but that game was easily 49k. Then again, im not bitter.

MOGULS Dermot Desmond and JP McManus are among the clients of the firm at the centre of the Panama papers leak.

The rich Irishmen, both tax resident elsewhere, have done business with secretive law company Mossack Fonseca, it has been revealed.

More than 11 million files released from the Panama-based legal eagles show how the rich and powerful have used tax havens around the world to hide their wealth.

The documents also name celebs, including movie star Jackie Chan, who has at least six firms managed through the Central American operation, and footie wizard Lionel Messi.

And they show MF helped clients launder money, dodge sanctions and avoid tax. There is no suggestion of any wrongdoing by Desmond or McManus in their dealings with the company.

But the files give a glimpse into some of the complicated arrangements that the two businessmen avail of to handle their finances.

McManus’s art purchases were mentioned in 2013 in a letter from Panama firm Blueline Group SA to dealers Sotheby’s in London stating that the beneficial owner of Blueline was McManus.

In 2014, two letters were sent to the private art dealer Connery Pissaro Seydoux, of Geneva, in relation to payments of $12.15million (€10.6m) and $600,000 (€527,000).

They also reveal that late last year the company was being moved from Mossack Fonseca to a new registered agent, also in Panama.

The Panama papers show McManus, based in Switzerland, is the main beneficiary of an entity called the Jasper Blue Family Settlement.

They reveal transactions involving tens of millions of euro between British Virgins Island company Izaca Corp and Jasper Blue Ltd, of the Bahamas — which are in turn linked to the settlement.

And the Limerick man’s name pops up in relation to Penton Consultants Inc, of Panama, which used nominee directors provided by MF in 2007. A spokeswoman for McManus did not respond to a request for a comment.

Dermot Desmond’s name also comes up in the files.

There is a letter dated June 2005 from HSBC in Switzerland to Mossack Fonseca regarding a firm called Ard International Inc — whose directors grant a power of attorney over the company to Desmond.

Then, in November 2009, there is a note from the Irish businessman asking that Ard’s directors instead grant power of attorney to two Swiss lawyers.

Desmond wrote: “This being done, I resign as attorney of the above mentioned company and ask you to kindly destroy the document of my appointment and the one of my resignation.”

A spokeswoman for Mr Desmond told the Irish Times he did not want to comment.

Your morals aren't quite so intact as you all think......

What's that saying again? People who live in glass houses shouldn't throw stones?

When do we start the discussion about title stripping? It's wrong to be benefiting from tax avoidance isn't guys? That's what we've heard for the past four years, surely you won't be changing your stories now?

Numerous times down the years when people were asking how Celtic can afford the 65k a week wages for Bellamy Keane etc, we were told it was down to Desmond and that he financed these deals.

Conclusive proof of benefiting from tax avoidance.

So are you accusing Dermot of illegal behaviour, Celtic, or both?

Your clutching at straws. Why don't you try the state aid route? Lol

Tax avoidance is legal. rofl
Old Rangers were evading tax which is illegal hence the fines , sanctions and ultimately the end of the club and a Phoenix club being formed and starting from scratch in the 3rd division! biggrin

Important 3 points today. Great performance in the 1st half should have been out sight, but as usual we make life difficult for ourselves. Still, got there in the end.
