I don't really follow Scottish football much these days, but had to check the Old Firm result... Celtic are 19 points clear!? Surely something needs to be done to the SPL. It makes Formula 1 look like a close run thing!

....With a game in hand.

What can you do? Celtic's ambitions aren't the league. That's an absolute given and going to be won without breaking sweat. The improvement in the squad has to happen for a good champions league run.

Scottish football isn't a challenge after Rangers went bust in 2012. Teams simply don't have the financial standing to even begin to compete these days.

It's more a positive thing that a Celtic can keep their game up and not just slump to the levels of the rest.

Maybe one of the other teams in the league should embark on a reckless spending spree with money they can't pay back, oh wait

Was a bit miffed at 2-1 down as I had you boys on my coupon - it'd have been just my luck that your first loss would be the game I back you to win. hehe

Dembele is smashing.

You would think though that Celtic will struggle in the Champoins league, given the dross they play against week in week out.

Hope I am wrong, would love them to do well, but can't be easy.

There wasn't the chance that Celtic wouldn't turn up like last time. Until Celtic switched off it looked more like a 3rd round tie with a non-league team playing. Rangers were so far out of their depth it was incredible. Did Garner even get a single touch of the ball?

It should have been much worse too. Halliday should have been off for the tackle he was booked for. Beerman should have also been sent off. He was booked and then wiped out Roberts cynically when he was heading into the box. I felt sorry for Roberts today. He was mauled to bits every time he got the ball.

Celtic should have scored another couple of goals before switching off. Waghorn(pen) did have a couple of great chances late on. Luckily he is an awful player.

The place burst out laughing at his failed control. It was easy to keep in and he somehow didn't manage. He carried on playing and managed to run it out again when nobody was anywhere near him. Luckily the ref blew the whistle or he would be halfway down Sauchiehall street still trying to control the ball.

It was too much of a stroll in the park.

There seems to be a bit of apathy over today's game. Let's hope the players are more up for it.

This will be a far tougher game but Celtic should win by the odd goal!

Rangers will raise their game dramatically today. It'll still need a poor Celtic performance for Rangers to get anything.

It's more of a formality that Hamilton Accies. It should be 5-0 at half time.

Windass should have been sent off. The ref let him off with the second booking.

Sky need to sack Andy Walker and Neil McCann. Two clueless idiots. Walker calls everything wrong. He has been even worse than normal today.

Walker says this was a two footed challenge.

Even McCoist says it was a fair challenge.

Should have been a lot more than 5.

Celtic were brilliant today, but Rangers are terrible. I can't believe how easy they are boss about and run over. The team lacks any backbone and looks as if the manager has lost the team already.

That could have been a lot more. Hit the bar at least twice, had one chopped off. Sevco were muck.

What was the boy Beerman thinking for the penalty? He's going to have nightmares over his performance. Roberts ripped him a new one.
