Because the Supermarket is part of the whole planned (and approved) development and is on land owned by Spurs.

They won't have to walk so far to loot it?
hehe

Looks like im's going to win a bet. It's a wonderful time to be a Spud. The new stadium will shirley become the biggest boost to the club's fortunes for a Century.

Levy is the first of a new breed of football Chairmen. He reminds me of the great Baseball General Managers. I would hazard that he is the most important person at THFC. If he stays around for a decade more, and there's no reason to believe that he won't, he will turn the club into a powerhouse of English football. One has has financial independence and stability. One not beholden to the whim of a dodgy outsider.

Unlike some clubs that I could mention.

Given a choice between Levy, Bale, Modric or anybody else I'd keep Levy and the rest could walk.

Levy is an excellent chairman, however be under no illusion that should an acceptable offer for the club come in he will sell.

He also has a huge summer in front of him, just to maintain our position there needs to be a huge cash injection into the club and this will include a hefty change to our / his wage structure.

He also has to sack redknapp which will prove unpopular both with the press and many of the fans.

This summer we will really see what the guy is made of.

Levy will sell only if Uncle Joe says so. I've a feeling that Joe will say 'no'.

Presume a small section of the Spurs faithful will be supporting Bayern München this weekend? Just a hunch.

Might have some pictures of burly Bavarian men in Lederhosen 'enjoying each others company' in a non-overtly sexual manner to help you feel more Germanic love prior to Saturday - CIE560 popped them over.

How so? when was the last time he went to a game?

Tottenham is an investment pure and simple.

He won't sell it until we finish the stadium at least...I would imagine.
