Speaking of Arsenal, is Gallas dead? Who is going to play CB now that Dawson is broken? King can’t play every game. Nelsen is rubbish.
Harry said in interview that Gallas is nearing fitness. Nelsen did not exactly inspire confidence last night!

This is bad news I think:-

I rate him.

Hopefully Arsenal will screw him up like they do other strikers. Wenger will play him as a left winger.

So they swapped Fabregas for Arteta, Nasri for Benayoun and now they are going to swap RVP for Podoloski scratchchin

The thing with Podoloski is he's scored a st load of goals for Germany but never seemed to be rated at Bayern. Time will tell I guess.

It either means RVP is definitely moving or it means they're making every effort to keep him....time will tell. But is RVP is leaving he was leaving anyway....so this if good news for Arsenal fans either way smile

Only if Podolski brings his Cologne form - if he brings his Bayern form then its probably not such good news.

Which isn't hugely relevant as he left there three years ago....I am sure the team that buys Gareth Bale this summer will be doing so based on his performances three years ago biggrin

16 games in 19 starts for a struggling Cologne team this season......even if he scores half that many that would be great.

His last season for Bayern (2008/9) in 14 starts and 10 sub appearances he scored 6 goals with 6 assits....that's pretty good too considering as you say that was his bad form wink

rofl Dream on, Podolski is replacing Chamakh who's likely to be off in the summer. With a bit of luck if Chamakh struggles at his new club you might be able to loan him in a couple of years.

Come on lets get real here , if City come in with a £200k a week offer he will be off , just like all their other decent players have ,

He will be 29 come the start of next season , one last chance to win something on massive money , yeah he'll be off

I'm sure if he wants to leave Arsenal he will have his wish and be off. But the wasted career comment, come on... hehe

The good news is that IF he does go as Mancini said he won't be cheap....every major club in the world will be in for him (as I am sure they already are)......bidding will start at £40mil plus....

Yeah let Citeh or Utd have them, then we can make sure no other teams get a sniff of success and the Prem can be just like La Liga or the SPL.
I think transfers should be suspended untill a player has been at a team for 3 years.

How many players now use clubs as stepping stones to reach the next club up the ladder? Its getting out of hand, Citeh and Chavski can practically buy up all the competition and win everything in sight, then you get their fans raving about what a great club they support.
