Good article but I'm not won over...yet.
The phrase from that article sticking in my mind is 'rigid system'. This is completely at odds with the free-flowing football we were playing under Rednose and I wonder how attractive it will be to watch.
'Rigid systems' are fine when employed by a winning team but very quickly become one-dimensional and unappealing when used by a mid-table or struggling team.
