I support Stockport County, too. I support them because there's just a glimmer of hope that one day they'll return to the league and get themselves back to where they were in the 90s - competing for an EPL place and going to Wembley for cup finals.
OK, they'll never win the EPL, but I support them because they will deliver good times within their little part of the game.
Arsenal are a big club and should be competing for titles. Unfortunately for them, they have a board who are more interested in balance sheets than football, and it has cost them at least a couple of trophies in recent years.
If they were potless and not spending, but doing the best they can with their resources, it would be different.
But they always claim that they're the best run club in the league - with a massive bank balance. Seriously, who cares? - nobody will remember them having £115m in the bank when City, United, Chelsea are winning titles. Hell, even Liverpool have won more than Arsenal since 2004... You do realise that Uniteds board are more interested in money than trophies too? Two Team Tommy. The difference being Arsenal are reinvesting, United are being raped

You know, you're right. We'll be broke and in the Conference in a decade - so you can ride back in triumphantly shouting 'I told you so!'.

You have been outed on here two team tommy as someone who only cares about trophies, there is nothing more to say on the subject, you are not a real fan.

Nowt wrong with supporting two teams. I'm a Hibernian fan through and through, but I live in Southampton, my lad was born here, so we support Saints. Hardly a dilemma unless they meet in the ECL Final (when I'll be supporting Hibs, obviously)

I used to watch them on Friday nights in 1966/7 when Ken Mulhearn played for them before he signed for City and went on to win a first division championship winners medal. Go Go County....lol!

I'll get back to you on that as I'm just as likely to be in the middle of my challenge for the F1 World Title.

Inspired by a Liverpool fan? I can't get my old one back now as PH apparently doesn't like names with only 2 letters ... ...f k... I'll have to compensate...
