That's gone down well back at base then ! http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/18067191"Tevez, who left United in 2009 for City, said: "I got carried away in the excitement of the moment and I certainly didn't mean any disrespect to Sir Alex Ferguson, who I admire as a man and a manager." " I didn't know he could string that many words together !

Tevez apparently speaks very little English (one thing he has in common with Kenny Dalglish).
Tevez also has a face of a baboon being boned by it's first cousin (another commonality with Dalglish).
Like Archimedes and Isaac Newton, I prefer to take a more scientific and analytical appraisal of this latest Tevez incident - it could be possible Tevez didn't infer RIP as 'Rest in Peace'?
It could also mean RIP, as in I would like to rip my erect cock into Ferguson as a gesture of footballing goodwill and human man love - just a thought and, as ever, willing to debate further herein.

agree re scholes but as apparent in his last coupl eof full seasons we were / are over reliant on him ad oppo teams know this.
put him out of the game and it stifles united as we don't keep the ball.
re Tevez...caller (everton fan) on 606 on satuday mentioned his "golf swing" celebration on his goal scoring return and how seeing him lift the trophy sticks in the craw. couldn;t agree more lthough i understand he wasn;t being paid whilst he was AWOL.
lest we forget however instrumetnal he was in helping united win the PL he wouldn't sign for united prety much because of money...and to hold that sign up referrig to his former boss and mentor shows what an utter odious twunt he really is.

Tevez wasn't signed by us because he was a s t stirrer in the dressing room. SAF only tried to keep him when it became clear he was going to a PL rival. I didn't see him as the great player others do. He was and still is a poor mans Rooney.

Agree with all of that. The thing is though, he didn't make that sign , did he? Unless it got handed to them out the crowd, someone else on that bus made that so this s te doesn't start & end with Tevez (and City's statement seems to reflect that where they seperate making the thing from him holding it up). Man City - all the brass, no class (whatsoever!)

Tevez only came back to City because Joorabchian couldn't find a club willing to buy him or at least to pay the fee that City wanted for him. As it ws costing him millions in lost earnings for going AWOL he had no choice, he had to come back.
Seeing him celebrating in such a classless manner really sticks in my craw as a United fan and to be honest should also for a City fan. I can understand that desperate times demand desperate measures but now that they've won the title I really think City should kick him in to touch. City fans enjoy the moment as he'll be gone soon...Balotelli too.

Watching him celebrate and lift the trophy is still pretty painful, but I really admire him as a player. Best CB in the country this year by a distance, they wouldn't have got anywhere near winning the league without him.

So quotes in the press from David Gill stating we will be spending this summer
Who and what do we want to see?
I like the sound of this Kagawa chap, still think we need a midfield general a big lad to sit in front of the back 4 not sure who though

As much as I'd like to see Ronnie back, I feel if he did it would see a demise in Rooneys game. Since Ronaldos departure, Rooney has come on leaps and bounds and stepped right up as the talisman of the team.
But if Anderson, Nani, Fabio and Berbatov go then that is a huge wage saving which will cover Ronaldos......

Rooneys movement to allow Ronnie space was exquisite. It's not all about the goals Rooney scores he was a better player with Ronnie and to an extent vice versa. They were effectively two world class players operating a level above.
