That would be disappointing given most (if not all) responses are thought through and contain very limited personal content, what little there is relates to common banter found at any ground. Not to mention the fact that the protagonist in question has done more than his fair share of flinging insults around.

0-0 pre-season friendly against Valarenga (Norway) just finished.
New season is just around the corner - hope we start banging in goals soon.
Barcelona up next, on Wednesday.

What you ALL need to realise is that it's my job to keep you all on these threads and to keep the threads open. I've got LOADS of better things to do than keep clicking on threads I have no real interest in just to make sure that things aren't kicking off...and they do.
I'm not interested in ANYONE'S view of whether it's right or not. If you don't like the moderation on this thread or any other you can direct your concerns to the management. I'm quite happy to slim down the number of posters on here, but please bear in mind that we are now quite close to the start of the season.

If the thread descended in to name calling, swearing and un-pleasantness then I agree something should be done. But simply that hasn't happened and it's been a discussion from different sides and disagreement that's all. To ban people because of that is rediculous, afterall it's the future of our club we are discussing about!

He'd be an outstanding signing for you guys. One of the few players I truly fear when I see him on the oppositions team sheet. He can (and frequently does) conjure a goal from nothing.
With him in your team, City have missed a trick.

With him in your team, City have missed a trick. Although your a spud & do talk an awful lot of sense , there is still 25 days or so left in this window , theres certain to be lots of twists & turns yet

I really don't think Arsenal should sell to another EPL club though, a fit RVP is worth 20+ goals to any team. Although if it meant Citeh didn't win anything it would be ok.

I saw what he did AVB's last team who played the high line in a match against him.

A fit RVP is the key point though and why I would be slightly dubious about signing him but yes him and Rooney would be pretty formidable as a front line

No Moura medical request
The Brazilian Football Federation says no English club has been in contact about trying to sort out a medical for Lucas Moura during the Olympics, while Sao Paulo say they will fight hard to keep him.
The highly-rated 19-year-old has attracted the attention of several clubs in Europe this summer and it is understood that Manchester United are in pole position to secure his signature.
However, Brazil's FA (CBF) has dismissed reports of Moura being given permission to undergo a medical with United.
"We haven't received any request from an English club regarding that," the CBF told Globo Esporte.
"In case we do receive such a request, we won't allow the player to leave Brazil's training to undergo the medical."
Moura's agent, Wagner Ribeiro, has also insisted it is too early to talk about the player completing a transfer anywhere.
He said: "I don't talk about factoids. This news about the selling of Lucas is not true."
Not stupid
Sao Paulo maintain that no talks are currently taking place over a proposed move as they look to hold on to the winger, although they admit it would be wrong to rule out a departure.
Vice-president Joao Paulo de Jesus Lopes told Lancenet: "He will certainly return to Sao Paulo.
"There is no negotiation going on. As we have already said it's very hard for him to leave during the current transfer window.
"We have no interest in selling him but Sao Paulo are not stupid. We know that in certain situations you can't say no.
"But such kind of offer hasn't come yet."

Any more pics of Kagawa's girlfriend forthcoming? I feel like she deserves some of my ''time'' today. You knob-rubbers.
