Video ref required - its not hard, they use it in Rugby all the time. Even if they started with just reviewing all penalty decisions. They are either a penalty or a free kick to the defending team off the penalty spot (with the posisbility of a yellow card for blatant simulation). Simple.

However, I think they are reticent to do so purely because of the paper column inches would be reduced. No more argument over decisions that keeps the football on the tongues of people. Exposures exposure, regardless.

Just saw Nani in his stunning white Lamborghini Gallardo in Stockport. Pulled up next to him at some lights, I was in the passenger seat and his window was down so I said to him give City a stuffing on Monday so he laughed and said thanks, will do! He then floored it, good lad

ETA: It was also in Stockport, I did my degree at the college there opposite the Lambo garage.
