Gutted to lose Bellers, his winning mentality rubbed off on a lot of people, shame we couldn't hold onto him for another season IMHO... All the best to him though, had a good season for us.

DS - I've watched him plenty as my mrs is a Swan. He will be a very very good signing indeed and allow Gerrard the freedom to destroy teams with Suarez. Do Liverpool fans think Gerrard is capable of maintaining fitness over a season, now?

I was wondering about it with all the talk of the England selections. Lampard is getting on at 34, Gerrard is now into his 30s, Scholes is far too old to consider playing for England, Carrick, Terry and Ferdinand are all heading towards the twilight of their careers. I can just about bring myself to say Gerrard as a player deserves to have lifted the league trophy, though the Utd side of me can't bring myself to say it should be in a Liverpool shirt!

I apologise I didn't get the epic buffet pictures but I will
High points and observations No que at bar as big with lots of staff
Big modely women everywhere greeting, giving out programmes asking me if I knew where to go - used to be a old guy doing it - no bj :-(
Real pretensious food, fish and chips in little cartons, a cheese station, she'd loads of cold cuts, Doritos, sausage and mash mini pots, lots of breadsticks and desserts chopsticks (!) Lots of takeaway cartons to take to your seat and coffee to go.
Not sure if they can keep it up but it's a good start, next to me we're 4 Thomas cook users 2 blokes a granny and a kid, lots of new faces I mean new in the old faces were 10+ years in and you get used to seeing them.
I'll try to get to every game this season as its too much to waste and you can't sell them as people don't think tickets cost £200

Gerrard's has already said (pre Euros earlier this summer) that he can't expect to keep his fitness if he continues his old game and will have to change the way he plays. Sad, but age is catching up with him. Imagine he won't be bombing forward like he used to, quite so often.
