The existing entrants usually get first dibs but it is indeed up to whoever is gonna run it - after all it's their time so it's their game. It's a shame we can't get 2 people to run it next season though as there's enough interest now to make a Premier and Championship league with Promotion/Relegation.
The first season we had 15 players now we have 32 with more interested.

What do people think about having a separate website?
It would be cool to have something that almost ran itself, but then it would distance things slightly from PH?
This is the only way I could see to automate things, I could probably have one of my guys knock something up fairly quickly, but then we get into domain registration and all sorts. Would be a shame to take it outside of PH really. It would be cool to have something that almost ran itself, but then it would distance things slightly from PH?
I would be up for chucking a Tenner in, 50% goes as prize money and 505 as beer money to thank whoever runs it

None of that would be a problem really. I run a web development company - could be done in partnership with myself/my guys and yours?Predictions would have to be done on the website. It isn't beyond the realms of possibility though to have a separate login for a 'website bot' to login every week and automatically post the results table. Means we could maintain a topic going on PH for all the banter...
When you look at the teams supported, you can really see differences (this season) in terms of predicting....
Arsenal/Man Utd - Not really very good at predicting, too busy focused on real football
Spuds - far too focused on the internet and predicting, probably a bunch of accountants
Liverpool - good try... but a bit Andy Carroll
West Brom - punching above their weight
Any others?
