You do appear to relieve mangers of their services with alarming regularity.

Not a criticism, just an observation.
They aren't managers, they are coaches. The club takes care of the player recruitment - and this is where a big part of the problem lays. The defence has been creaking for a few years, and buying a championship defender didn't change that.

Oh, and we've lacked a killer striker for a few years - so we spunked 10s of millions on a Senegalese winger.

Great performance versus Liverpool, followed by this result against Robin Hood Man Utd.

Can we...?

I'm not convinced the VAR red was really a red watching MOTD now.
See my post in the VAR thread. It was borderline - so could have gone either way. Not a clear and obvious mistake, and why wouldn't the on pitch ref consult the monitors to check?

Also, the VAR ref was the same ref that sent Mariappa off a week earlier. Iffy...

Great game today. Nothing too flashy, just the basics done really, really, really, really well.

Out of the bottom 3, and Villa certainly not getting a point today.

I must admit I didn't plan on watching tonight. Had a rare child free evening and went to town with Mrs Puggit. Had a call from the party the kids were at, our daughter had over eaten and been sick. So we packed up and headed home.

Saw the first goal in the car on my phone. Missed the 2nd, watched the 3rd.

What...just...happened...?!

Happy Hornet biggrin

Hooooorrrraaayyyyy!

Great - we have to put up with armchair plastics who only have a loyalty to Sky putting us down, referees putting us down, Sky putting us down, all of the media putting us down.

But we do enjoy spoiling parties... party

Biggest regret is that we missed the chance to see so many great performances at the Vic.
There is also the regret of losing to THEM too. What a day to choose not to turn up!

As a hertfordshire lad that used to watch a few games in previous years, I'm now keen to get my 2 boys (10 and 7) to watch a game or two with me to see if they like it.

With it being premiership matches next season, how easy is it to get ad-hoc tickets for the family section in general?
For the lesser teams - it's pretty easy.

Tickets are sold on a loyalty basis, so there's a queue built on points earned by attendance previously. So you'll struggle for big teams (plus their fans earn enough points to try and get tickets to see their team).

The language indicates he may have felt it right to go.

The Tinkerman would be great. Needs to have PL experience.
XM was way out of his depth.

I watched it yesterday and that was a performance to rank along with the worst. Lucky to escape with a 1-0 hammering
