Ahhh 97/98 and 98/99 - no mortgage, first job - happy days!

2 matches that stand out for me were late season wins at Oxford and that match at London Road to stay up.

Just found this thread. Sounds like hornet, puggit and I were all doing the rounds at the same time. Personal favourite was the mad away trip to Blackburn in the midst of the fuel strike. Drove from Portsmouth to Watford and onto Blackburn with no idea if we would make it or get back then got treated to a 2-0 down 3-4 up win courtesy in large to Micah Hyde.

This is my first year back as a ST holder after living abroad and being somewhat disenfranchised. Tuesday was pretty poor but today made up for it. Vydra is a star - a young Helgusson.

Personally I'm really happy with how the season is going. The team is starting to gel, but I do wish Zola would stop making 5 changes to every line up!
