Don't disagree with you.
They gambled on an unproven manager. Huge mistake at Championship level. They have since not asked Warnock to help. I would have thought that was a no brainer. Smallest budget in the league hasn't helped either.
I actually see us staying up. Then the summer will be interesting.
The above hits it on the head persactly.....A city the size of Ply, AND the surrounding population AND the new ground should have a Premier league/top of the Championship team, not drag assing at the bottom. When I look at teams up north its a bloody disgrace. Get some Arabs or rich septics to buy the bloody team. They gambled on an unproven manager. Huge mistake at Championship level. Decent result at the Gas yesterday. First time this year we've had less than 50% possession. Great reception for Aaron Collins from the home team despite him scoring for us. Just need Derby to slip up at Wycombe in the week.
I was there too, yes, it was good to see him get a good reception, especially the ovation when he was subbed off. There was half a season when Collins was unplayable at Rovers; didn't score until mid-November yet ended up with 18 goals and an incredible promotion. A few think that he checked out of Rovers just before he left but thankfully any jeers were drowned out by the claps and cheers for him. Was impressed with BW yesterday, as a YTFC fan, I've always been a fan of Josh Sheehan, thought he was good. Think you'll go up through the playoffs. Hope so.

Didn't quite go to plan. Hope your promotion isn't timed with a win at ours now.
Interesting game at Fratton Park last night, not least because the conditions were atrocious with a swirling wind and a barely playable pitch. Normally, the playing surface at FP is excellent and we found it hard to get going, resulting in far too many pointless passes across the back four. Still, there were three excellent goals (plus a lucky one in their second) and overall a good advert for League 1 football I thought.Great support for both teams too. I think we (Pompey) will get automatic promotion despite probable defeat at The Toughsheet on the 13th.
Let's be honest: Derby, Bolton and Pompey should all be at a higher level than League 1 and if you guys don't get automatic promotion I think you'll win the play offs. Beware Lincoln though, they are on a hot streak just now and would be tough opponents.
I would just like to say as we alight to our various cathedrals of doom that we should spare a thought to our superb community of moderators on this site,
The fact that they can focus with VAR levels ofineptitude precision and accuracy in identifying posts that demonstrate the humorous side of our addition to our various clubs,

Got to say what an unbelievable turnaround by Gary Caldwell and the team. Their form since Christmas has been exceptional - I know it’s all ifs, buts and maybes but at the moment we’re in the top half of the table and could potentially finish 10th in a season where we went 100 days without a win and scored only three goals!
