The mighty Crawley Town did their job well tonight. Slow 1st half but an inspired last 15 minutes to overcome a one nil deficit

Here's hoping for Swindon who scrapped by in the next round.

So proud of Yeovil tonight who more than matched a decent West Brom team tonight for 70 minutes before two late goals snatched the tie 4-2.

Top comeback and indeed exciting times to be a Bury fan, it's been an enjoyable last few seasons.

Think the Healy signing and Byrne are good news and would be happy to see Shirty given the job for teh season, seems to have the backing of the players and the board.

Looking forward to the PNE match in a fortnight and atmosphere surrounding Healy, I hear they aren't his biggest fan biggrin
Agree. Given our financial position which will always precarious and a temporary manager we have done well, I am certain that Shirty will get the chance as long as we don't go and lose the next 3/4 on the bounce. The last few years have been great really AK came in he got us playing and Barker kept it going. I think Healy will be good just feel it in my water. Lets get a win on Sat against NC that would be a good start. biggrin

Another good win for us (Swindon) against a strong Stoke side, we are on a roll and promotion is looking good hopefully.

Another great result yesterday leaves us top of the league on goal difference. Also our second player scoring a hat trick this season! Can't see this continuing though but would be happy to be fighting for the playoffs in May.

Yay! Argyle up and running and up to the dizzy heights of 15th!!!

Ok, so we played Northampton who played a tough tie on Thursday then had to travel, but I'll take it.

Roll on the Gulls on Saturday!

We were gutted when we came into the office last night and saw you'd overtaken us with a 4-0 win!

I'd take our relative positions right now, see you in the Championship..

Rather useful 3 nil away win for the pure might that is Morecambe yesterday. We'll start off good and get gradually worse.
For a change.

Looking forward to the Crawley Portsmouth game this Sunday. Speculation is that this could be the biggest attendance the Broadfield has ever seen a massive 5,000!

Have to say I am quite impressed with Crawley this season. 3 wins out of 4 (damn Swindon) in the League
3 out of 3 in the cups taking out two Championship teams and the leaders of League 2. We have Swansea at home in the 3rd round of the Capital One Cup, I wouldn't imagine that is a game Swansea are relishing!

Long may it continue.

I'm happy with a point away at Crewe, it is a tough place to go, so to come away with a clean sheet is a result.

Still second in the table, is their any chance the league could finish today?

Simpson (Crawley) sent off and didn't,t even touch the other player. Diabolical. 45 mins to go with 10 men.
COME ON CRAWLEY!,,,,

The ref (Deadman, no pun intended) is having a nightmare of a game unless you are a Pompey fan. One sending off was maybe justified the other most definitely not. Then he let's an obvious foul on Bullman go unpunished, awards Pompey with a dubious free kick on the edge of the area.. Pompey 3-0 up and then the ref sends RB to the stands Absolute fking disgrace!

Mighty Vale fan here. Still in admin, but a flying start and looking good in 3rd. All credit to Micky Adams, dealing with some very difficult circumstances and building a spirited, fighting team.
