Cannot see us beating Wigan tomorrow.

At least we cannot be relegated tomorrow. Although we could be down by Monday afternoon if Fleetwood win away at Walsall. Even a draw for them could be sufficient due to their better goal difference.

Heard this afternoon that Kevin Keen left Colchester mid week.

He didn't last long.

We were rubbish before he arrived and relegated when he left.

Plymouth fans, so it's a "dockyard derby" then for the play offs.
Which would you rather: home then away, or the reverse?

Me? Home first, then away. We are better away, so save that for the second game.

Forgot to mention,Colchester did the unthinkable by scoring in 98th minute to spoil Barnsley's day.

It's usually us lot throwing away points at the end.

And we guaranteed our play-off place yesterday, at Stevenage bounce

Would be fantastic to see us in the same division as the concrete cows franchise.

Well we did our bit against York yesterday but Accy and Oxford won as well.

And so it goes on. 1 to go, you never know.

Kinky, it could be us V you for a place at Wembley.

That would be cool, but I'd rather you went up automatically, and we got Oxford for the play-off. I'd much rather them than you. On paper at least you've got the much easier final game smile

So fingers crossed for you.

Doesn't matter, we can't do playoffs. Just look at last season v Wycombe. Lost both legs.

Thank you.

I'd much prefer automatic promotion as well. Saturday is going to be fairly nerve wracking.

Just out of interest and because I'm to lazy to look it up in the wiki, who do we have here with an interest in League Two promotion ?

Typical pompous Pompeyite hehe

I guess Saturday will determine if you're home or away for the 1st leg of the playoff eek

Praying we get Oxford

Yeah, in two minds about whether I want us to play home or away in the first leg. We typically haven't turned up for the big games this year so it would probably be better to play the home leg first, however - the idea of a packed Fratton Park for the evening return leg is also very tempting smile
Oxford looked class when we've played them, very surprised they haven't (yet!) gone straight up.

huge game for my boys today - accrington stanley

on the verge of a promotion - shoestring budget and all that - fantastic atmosphere at the club.

sold out game today - hopefully stevenage will already mentally be on their holidays. gonna pop down later to the ground - got my ticket a few days ago.

its been an amazing season for us - slowly crept up the league nothing fantastic - and now here we are - 2nd in the league.
