Real will no doubt be holding out until the end of the transfer window, they're at the 'unsettling the player' stage. I can't see him playing in the mean time and I can't see him staying where he is. If he does play this month, I think that speaks volumes about where he will be, at least tuntil January anyway.

If Levy sells Bale now then every enquiry for any player will jump in price by a few million.

I get what you're saying about playing a precise game, Levy knows what he's doing as well as anyone. If you do sell Bale, do you think you'll need one more big signing to replace him?

I would have had a punt on him to have one better midfielder, but decided to save a bit in there and go for guaranteed starter and slightly overpriced Andy Carroll. Jarvis, Downing and Nolan will provide him with goals I reckon.
