Very lucky today. Pretty poor apart from about 10 mins after we took the lead. At 0-1 they had a definite pen, when Alli was fouled.

We'll need to be much better next saturday at Citeh.

Now, on tv. Yes, he made a meal of it, but he was kicked which is a foul and he was in the box.

Fair enough. I will agree we were lucky to get the result but it is a good sign going forwards. Cracker from Pedro really changed the mindset

AS you know our players are not the kind to roll around feigning injury.

Gentlemen all of us & that includes us fans,

Pains me to say it but ....Chelsea are a decent team & they will win the league.

Not a chance. But we may well make top 4, which I never considered a possibility at the start of the season.

Why don't you think you'll compete for the title? Good squad, good manager, clearly working together well as a team, good strength in depth, no European distractions. Surely if you don't compete for the title, given your current position, it'll be a big failing?

If we take anything from City next week we'll be considered serious contenders. At the start of the season I'd have taken top 4, but Conte has shown we can do better than that.

I just don't think we're good enough. If we win it it'll be like Leicester last season, all the teams better than them under performed.

The lack of European games is a big help though.

The only big team that is underperforming at the moment is Man U (poor old Jose eh? If only they'd given you some money to spend). Last year was a ridiculous fluke that I doubt we'll see again in our lifetime where one team played out of their skin whilst every other team played badly. The fact that 3 different teams were on top yesterday shows how everyone has now upped their game. Whilst I don't think we have the strongest squad, it's certainly in the top 5

I don't think we are the best, but I also don't think the gap is that big.

City remain for me the strongest but are prone to slips ups on a regular basis.
Liverpool have looked strong but not consistently so.
Arsenal are well Arsenal great on their day but no bottle for the long fight.
Spurs..... no not good enough consistently.
Utd.... too far off the pace.

Last year there were a lot of better teams than Leicester, not so this year with Chelsea. We'll also know a lot more after the City game.

Premiership is a tough league compared to Spain or Germany where it is only two teams. Pep might be popped?

Leicester City pricked the bubble last year for the top teams so they are more than keen this year to win. This 2016/2017 season will be seen as battle of the managers. I don't like the huge amount of money swilling around, I feel it is short rather than long sighted, but it does mean this season should be quite spicy.

Fantastic display from Chelsea today , Costa looks terrific & so too does hazard.

5/2 Chelsea were this morning, hate backing Chelsea but this was too good to refuse.

And Costa wasn't even on the pitch at the time.

It was a shocking tackle by Aguero. Glad I didn't captain him in the fantasy football this week.

Fernadinho must be looking at a long ban for that throat assault on Fabregas.

Did Fabregas slap him in the chops? Think that is what set him off.

Oh dear, that one again, so only two teams ?

Ever heard of Atletico, and who won the EL multiple times these past seasons ? was it Tottenham, Liverpool or Sevilla ?

And where do you think Barcelona and Real would end up if they played in the Premiership ?
