Yes, I can definitely see it. He's gone from Inter to R. Madrid and to us. That's a massive step down if we're being honest. We're no R Madrid!!!

If we manage to win the CL this season he'll have won the lot with us. I despise Man Utd but they are a much bigger club than us so you couldn't really blame him if he went. Personally, I wouldn't hold it against him.
Yet in the past 10 years, we seem to be more successful than Real Madrid, and much less of a basket case behind the scenes. Not saying size wise we're equal to Real, however I don't think we're as far away as you think.

Not to mention that for most of the last 10 years Real have been in a two horse race for most silverware

Reality check needed. I love Chelsea as much as anyone but we're miles away from Real Madrid. They're possibly the biggest club in the world, and we're miles away from being the biggest club in England. Not sure we're the biggest club in London.

How is this for a scenario.

Athletico win on away goals

Liverpool win the league.

Man Utd appoint a new manager.

Chelsea await Man Utd appointing new manager and give Maureen the sack afterwards?

It'll be just that. A thought up scenario.

Mourinho has always said he will challenge for cups more next year even before he started this year.

You can bet your bottom dollar he asked for something along those lines in his contract. He won't be sacked this year.

Is it that far fetched with the Russian in charge?

Why is it that people (the media, supporters of other clubs etc.) always like to paint Chelsea as a club in crisis?

Here we are, second in the league with a chance of winning it, in the semi-final of the Champions League (effectively ahead at half time), holders of the Europa Cup yet still people are talking about the manager going etc.

How many clubs would swap their position for ours given half a chance? Almost all if not all of them.

Give us a break, whatever happens this season, rest assured we'll be a force to be reckoned with next season.

Because crazy Russian...

The thing is who's to say Mourinho doesn't want say Suarez but Abramovich sees a picture of Ibra, likes his nose and buys him for 80 million against Maureens wishes and insists he plays every week.

According to match of the day I have as many Premier League assists as Cleverley, Fellaini and Carrick put together. That can't be right can it?

You'd think the law of averages would have seen them with at least one assist between the three of them, even winning a penalty or something.

I almost feel sorry for them. Even John Obi has an assist, don't ask me how.

Coral offering 7/2 on a home win for new customers, which are wild odds considering the team we're putting out.
