And that nice little debut goal for Remy as the cherry.

Great 2nd half. Diego looks the real deal. 5 points clear of Citeh and we go there next weekend.

I don't think Chelsea need to worry about the results of a any other teams this season.

As long as Costa and Fabregas stay fit you should walk it.

God imagine if you'd had a decent striker for the last few seasons too...

And Hazard. He was immense today. There were times in the second half our football was breathless.

Matic and Schurrle did not have their best games, but we had the backup to make up for it. A guy I go to the games with said he would bet on Costa to score a hattrick in every game until he did. Didn't take too long to get him his money.

7 goals in 4 league games so far for Costa. If he carries on like that, he'll score 66 league goals this season. hehe

What a signing Fabregas has been. 4 games 6 assists. Arsenal fans must be sick.

Nope. We're top heavy with these kind of midfielders and needed to focus on other areas in the transfer market. My regret is we didn't get another defender and a top quality defensive midfielder, which would have made a huge difference to us.

Totally a 3 of Fabregas, Wiltshire and Ramsey would be sweet

Cost looking good, like BCM says its you for the league for me.... you filled your weak gaps well...

Choice of him or Sanchez. I'm not disappointed with Arsnes decision and I doubt you'd find many gooners who would take Cesc over Alexis. And with Wilshere getting back to his best we really don't need him at this moment in time. Add Ramsey and Ozil into the mix and the missing out of Cesc really doesn't look that bad.

Of course Cesc is world class, he's going to make Lampard seem a bit ste in comparrison. It's a bit of a hard pill to swallow seeing him in blue but life goes on. He's going to be one of your best players for a long time and it won't be long until he wears that armband.

In 13 yrs time, when he's helped win us 4 FA Cups, 3 Premier Leagues and the Champions League, scored over 200 goals and made 650 appearances, I'll come back and say "ok, he's equalled Lampard, let's see him kick on now and make Frank look a bit ste.

Should have been a bit more specific, I mean on a technical level, ability wise, he's going to make Lampard look a bit ste, and also pretty much every other midfielder in the prem. Of course he's got a long bloody way to go to match Franks achievements, but Cesc is at this moment the best midfielder in the league. By some distance. And if he stays at Chelsea I'm confident he'll go down as one of you're finest midfielders.

I personally hope he fails miserably.

Tough one. But I think I'd have to say yes. IMO Cesc is a better midfielder. Although YaYa at his best is the only other midfielder I can think of in the Prem that can run him close.
