Something else that hasn't been mentioned is how Remy's honesty worked against us. If he'd let Butland clatter him it would have been a penalty and a red card but because he chose to go round him we got nothing.

it was, keeper didn't touch him but only because Remy jumped his legs which then off-balanced him so he couldn't get a shot in. Kudos to Remy for not going down but I think he thought he would reach the ball hence he stayed honest, bet Maureen had a right go at home for being "naive"

I'd seen a few stories in the run up to that. The guy was an absolute wazzock. Every club has them, but you'd expect someone who works for a law firm to know not to create blog articles and appear on film being discriminatory and insulting to huge swathes of the population!
